A summary of findings and recommended next steps.
A separate quote if repair, replacement parts, or deeper testing is needed.

Before service

Please describe the symptoms, computer model, and any recent changes when you contact us. Back up important files if the device still allows it. Diagnosis does not guarantee that every fault can be identified during the initial assessment.

Additional work

The $49 fee covers the initial diagnostic only. Repairs, parts, data recovery, and deeper testing are not included. We will explain any additional charge and request your approval before proceeding.
